Dedicated team members
Roles are structured so that a team member works with your business rather than a shared pool, as set out in the client agreement.
U.S.-managed offshore teams
Steadwyn helps businesses build dedicated offshore teams while we handle the recruiting, hiring, payroll, office management, and day-to-day supervision. Team members work from a professionally managed office during the hours agreed for the role, with ongoing supervision and, where the role allows, trained backup coverage.
Five-day trial subject to eligibility, availability, and agreed terms. Conditions apply.

How a day and a night fit together
Illustrative example only. Continuous coverage across both bands requires more than one team member.
Support during your business hours, for work that needs answering while your office is open.
Appropriate back-office work completed while you're closed, ready for you when you open.
True around-the-clock coverage requires multiple team members and an organized handoff between them.
Shift patterns shown here are illustrative examples, not committed service levels. Not every role is suited to overnight or continuous coverage, and weekend availability depends on the role and the client's requirements. What a given position can support is confirmed in writing before it starts.
The difference
Not a marketplace
You aren't posting a job and sorting through bids. Roles are structured around a dedicated team member who learns your systems, your accounts and your standards.
Not a rotating pool
A staffing agency hands you a résumé and steps back. Our model keeps us involved: supervision, documented processes, quality checks, and backup arrangements agreed for the role.
Not a handoff
Clients contract with a U.S. entity and work with a U.S.-based point of contact. When something needs fixing, you raise it with us directly.
Offshore savings. Onshore accountability.
Services
Most clients begin with one repeatable process that already lives in someone's head. Scope grows from there, at a pace you set.
Every engagement is customized around the client's systems, the responsibilities being handed off, and the risk requirements attached to the work. Task lists here are examples of the kinds of work we support, not a committed service catalogue; what we can take on in a given engagement is confirmed in writing.
How it works
We map the tasks you'd hand off first and what "done right" looks like for each one.
We write the role, recruit against it, and prepare the shortlist on your tools and processes.
You meet the candidate before anything begins, and you decide whether to proceed.
Real work on your systems, with the structure and pricing agreed in advance. Conditions apply.
Supervision, documented processes, and the reporting and billing arrangements agreed in your contract.
Selected industries
We work with small and midsized businesses across the United States. The question is rarely the industry — it's whether the work is repeatable and can be documented. Examples below are illustrative; availability depends on the work and applicable requirements.
Evenings disappear into data entry, listing updates and follow-up nobody had time for.
Billable people spend unbillable hours on scheduling, formatting and chasing replies.
Orders, returns and the support inbox all grow the moment sales do.
A missed call is a lost job, and crews can't answer the phone from a roof.
Status questions arrive all day, and exceptions don't wait until morning.
Small teams get pulled off the roadmap by inbox triage and coordination work.
Bookings, vendors and guest questions pile up during your busiest hours.
You need capacity well before you can justify another full salary.

Accountability & security
The cost savings are the easy part. These are the things that decide whether it still works a year from now.
Roles are structured so that a team member works with your business rather than a shared pool, as set out in the client agreement.
Work is generally performed from a professionally managed office under supervision. The arrangements applicable to a given engagement are confirmed in the client agreement.
Team members generally work on equipment provided and administered by Steadwyn, with access provisioned by role. Specific equipment, access and security arrangements are agreed in writing for each engagement.
Steadwyn manages the employment and workforce administration associated with its team members, subject to the terms of the client agreement.
You direct the work and see the output. Check-in cadence and reporting are agreed at the start of each engagement.
How your work gets done is written down, not carried in one person's memory — which is what makes coverage and replacement possible.
Where a role and its documented processes allow, we aim to provide cover during absence and leave. The scope and availability of backup coverage is agreed for each engagement.
Tell us early. If it's a training gap we'll work to close it; if it's a fit problem we'll look to replace the team member. Replacement terms, timing and any associated costs are set out in the client agreement.
Clients contract with a U.S. entity and work with a point of contact in a U.S. time zone.
Pricing is typically structured as a monthly rate per team member rather than hourly billing. Rates depend on the role, the hours required and the scope agreed, and what any particular rate includes is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Steadwyn currently focuses on general administrative and operational support that does not require professional licensing or access to highly regulated information. Additional regulated services may be introduced as the appropriate compliance, training, security, and contractual systems are established.
Team members work inside client systems through named accounts, with access granted by role and removed when it is no longer needed.
Service availability depends on the nature of the work, the information involved, and applicable legal, contractual, licensing, and compliance requirements. See Important disclosures.
The five-day trial & pricing approach
Evaluate the role, communication, work quality, and overall fit through a five-day trial before entering an ongoing staffing arrangement. The trial is offered subject to eligibility, availability and the terms of a trial agreement.
Pricing is typically a monthly rate per team member, based on the role, hours and scope agreed. What a rate covers is set out in the client agreement and commonly includes:
Trial structure, scope, and pricing are confirmed before work begins. You'll know what the five days cover, what the team member will be doing, and what it costs — in writing, ahead of time.
Whether the trial leads to an ongoing arrangement is your decision, on the terms set out in the trial agreement.

Questions
Our team members generally work from a professionally managed office in India, on equipment provided and administered by Steadwyn, under supervision — rather than from home on personal devices or as contractors sourced from a marketplace. The arrangements for a particular engagement are confirmed in the client agreement.
Whichever the role calls for. A day-shift team member works during your business hours and is reachable while your office is open. An overnight team member completes appropriate back-office work while you're closed. Genuine round-the-clock coverage requires more than one team member and an organized handoff between them — one person cannot cover 24 hours, and we won't suggest otherwise. Weekend availability depends on the role and your requirements.
Steadwyn manages the employment and workforce administration associated with its team members, subject to the terms of the client agreement. You direct the day-to-day work; we handle recruiting, payroll, benefits, HR and supervision.
Where the role and its documented processes allow, we aim to provide cover during absence. That's a large part of why work gets documented in the first place. The scope and availability of backup coverage is agreed for each engagement rather than guaranteed for every role.
It depends on the role and how specialized it is. We'll give you a realistic date at the scoping call rather than a number we can't hold to.
Starting with one team member and one process is a common approach. Once that's running cleanly, scope or additional roles can be added.
General administrative and operational support that doesn't require professional licensing or access to highly regulated information — scheduling, data entry, document organization, research, reporting, customer email support, CRM work, order and vendor coordination. Additional regulated services may be introduced as the appropriate compliance, training, security and contractual systems are established.
Only for low-risk general administrative work at this stage: general appointment coordination, non-sensitive administrative follow-up, public-information research, general document organization, and internal scheduling support. We are not currently taking on work involving protected health information, insurance verification, or claims handling. Service availability depends on the nature of the work, the information involved, and applicable legal, contractual, licensing, and compliance requirements.

We'd rather set these out plainly than bury them. Nothing here replaces your client agreement — it explains how to read the rest of this page.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a commitment. No contract, engagement or obligation arises from reading this site, submitting the form, or corresponding with us. A relationship begins only on signature of a written agreement by both parties.
Where anything on this website differs from your signed client or trial agreement, the agreement controls. Descriptions here are illustrative summaries, not contract terms.
What we can provide in any engagement depends on the nature of the work, the information involved, candidate availability, and applicable legal, contractual, licensing and compliance requirements. We may decline work that falls outside our current scope.
Shift patterns shown are illustrative examples, not committed service levels. Not every role supports overnight or continuous coverage; continuous coverage requires more than one team member. Weekend availability depends on the role. Actual hours are those stated in your agreement.
Backup coverage and replacement are processes we operate where the role and its documented processes allow. They are not guarantees of uninterrupted service, of a specific response time, or of replacement within any particular period. Terms, timing and any associated costs are set out in your agreement.
Any pricing structure described here is indicative. Rates depend on role, hours and scope; what a rate includes, how it may change, and any additional charges are set out in writing before work begins. No price is offered or guaranteed by this website.
Offered at our discretion, subject to eligibility, availability and the terms of a trial agreement. It is not free unless that agreement says so, and it is an evaluation rather than a guarantee of any result or of an ongoing placement. Full conditions are set out with the trial above.
