Healthcare & dental businesses

The front desk is asked to do everything that is not clinical, and it still overflows.

Clinics generate administrative work that is not clinical and, at this stage of our services, must also stay away from protected health information. Within that boundary there is still real load: general appointment coordination, non-sensitive follow-up, public-information research, internal scheduling, and general document organization.

We are not currently taking on work involving protected health information, insurance verification, or claims handling. Additional regulated services may be introduced only as the appropriate compliance, training, security, and contractual systems are established.

The work

What a dedicated team member can take on.

Task lists here are examples of the kinds of work we support, not a committed service catalogue. What we can take on in a given engagement is confirmed in writing.

General appointment coordination

Help coordinate times and reminders for the kinds of appointments that can be handled without protected health information, as agreed in writing.

Non-sensitive administrative follow-up

Send the general office notes and reminders that do not include clinical or insurance detail.

Public-information research

Gather publicly available information the practice asks for — never from a patient record.

General document organization and internal scheduling

Keep non-clinical office files and internal calendars in order.

Healthcare and dental seats, when we can take them, start with a tightly written list of low-risk administrative tasks. If the work cannot be done without protected health information, we will decline it.

Scope note

Low-risk administrative support only. We do not handle protected health information, insurance verification, or claims. We do not provide medical, dental, or other licensed clinical services. Service availability depends on the nature of the work, the information involved, and applicable legal, contractual, licensing, and compliance requirements.

Not in scope:

  • Protected health information
  • Insurance verification
  • Claims handling
  • Clinical or licensed professional services

How it starts

One process, then a seat.

01

Scoping call

We map the tasks you would hand off first and what “done right” looks like for each one.

02

You interview

You meet the candidate before anything begins, and you decide whether to proceed.

03

Five-day trial

Real work on your systems, with structure and pricing agreed in advance. Conditions apply.

Next step

Tell us the two or three responsibilities you would hand off first.

We will tell you honestly whether it is a fit, what it would involve, and what it would cost.
