Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: on publication
Steadwyn wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We work toward that standard rather than claiming full conformance, because accessibility is something that has to be maintained as a site changes.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single page heading and a logical heading order
- A skip link to bypass navigation
- Keyboard access to all interactive controls, with a visible focus indicator
- Text and background colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Text alternatives for meaningful graphics; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors announced rather than shown by color alone
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting
- Layout that reflows for small screens and for zoom up to 200%
Known limitations
The live clock and coverage graphic are supplementary. The same information is given in text nearby, so nothing is available only through the graphic. If you find something that isn't, please tell us.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult to use, please email contact@steadwyn.com or call +1 (213) 399-2459 with the page and what happened. We will respond and work to resolve it. If you'd prefer, tell us what information you were looking for and we will provide it another way.
Ongoing work
We review accessibility when the site changes and welcome feedback that helps us improve it.
